Additionally, the visual indicator light turns on noting the activation of the GFCI test, if the outlet is functioning correctly. The LCD screen offers clear reading of the wiring conditions of an outlet, voltage, and trip time. LED visual indicators assist with determining wiring conditions. This unit detects: hot and ground reversed, hot and neutral reversed, open hot, open neutral, open ground, and correct wiring.
